Delete your Chitty Hub account
You can delete your account — and everything in it — yourself, from inside the app. Deletion removes your teacher account, your classes and rosters, and your message history from Chitty Hub. It cannot be undone.

Open the app and go to your profile
Tap your name on the home screen, or open Profile.

Tap "Delete account"
It's at the bottom of the profile screen, below Log out.

Confirm with your password
Enter your password and tap Delete forever. Your account stops working immediately.
Can't access the app? Email
founders@powersmy.biz from
the address you signed up with and we will delete your account for
you. We respond within the timelines India's DPDP Act requires.
What we hold and for how long is described in our Privacy Policy. Records needed for consent and audit obligations are retained for a limited period after deletion, then permanently erased.
